The Association will announce a trial run of a new Whatsapp Auto-Reply tool and inquiry service in July 2024 for three months, which will streamline communication with the general public and ensure timely responses during non-office hours. The new service will tentatively launch in October.

In addition to telephone and email enquiry, the general public can make enquiry via WhatsApp and have quick answers for the most frequently asked questions.

We believe this new tool will ensure seamless connection with the public and contribute to our ongoing goal of enhancing efficiency of the Association.
