Assistant Training Manager

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree holder or equivalent;
  • Applicant with healthcare, medical training or related industry background is an advantage;
  • At least 3 years solid working experience, preferably in social service sector;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese and preferably in Putonghua;
  • Have good knowledge in the application of common business software including MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
Responsibilities
  • To administer, plan, conduct and develop training programmes;
  • To establish strong partnership with stakeholders in the health care sector with a special focus on future development and promotion of St. John courses;
  • To serve as Secretary of relevant Committees;
  • To conduct market studies and analyze survey results;
  • To prepare budgets and financial reports;
  • To prepare proposals and tenders for the training programmes and development projects; and
  • To prepare publicity posters for web and social media.

Clerk (in Youth Section)

Requirements
  • Level 2 or above in five subjects in HKDSE or equivalent, including English & Chinese;
  • Good knowledge of computer software applications, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese word-processing skill;
  • Relevant working experience in clerical works is preferable.
