Assistant Training Manager

Requirements
  • Degree holder or equivalent;
  • Applicant with healthcare or medical training or related industry background is preferable;
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, good Mandarin is preferred;
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
Responsibilities
  • Administer, plan, conduct and develop training programmes and projects for the Association;
  • Establish strong partnership with stakeholders in the health care sector with a special focus on future development and promotion of St. John courses;
  • Serve as secretary of relevant committees;
  • Conduct quality assurance tasks including complaint handling and course evaluation;
  • Conduct market studies and analyze surveys results;
  • Prepare budgets and financial reports for the projects;
  • Prepare proposals and tenders for training programmes and development projects;
  • Perform any other duties as assigned. Working Overtime may be required on some occasions.

Analyst Programmer / Programmer

Requirements
  • Higher Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related discipline;
  • At least 1-2 years software development experience;
  • Hands on experience in C#, .NET, ASP, PHP, HTML5/CSS, Java, JavaScript,
  • Required knowledge in RDBMS (MSSQL or MySQL);
  • Mobile (iOS or Android) and web application experience will be an advantage;
  • Fast learner, passion at application development and new technologies;
  • Self-motivated, effective communication skills and be able to work independently
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
  • Candidates with less experience or fresh graduate will also be considered
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for system development and on-going enhancement on internal application systems;
  • Gather and analyze user requirements and propose effective IT solutions;
  • Liaise with stakeholders including IT teams and external vendors to achieve project goal.
  • Conduct feasibility study, system design, application development and UAT for assigned projects and system enhancement

Requirements
  • Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE/HKDSE, including English and Chinese Language;
  • At least 1 year working experience;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
Responsibilities
  • To handle incoming phone calls and enquiries.
  • To run information counter.
  • To provide clerical support to the team.
  • To prepare regular statistics and report.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the team leader.
