Brigade Services Assistant (in Brigade Section)

Requirements
  • Level 2 or above in five subjects in HKDSE or equivalent, including English & Chinese;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Knowledge of Putonghua will be an advantage;
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including English and Chinese Word Processing and Excel;
  • Knowledge in handling accounting matters is an advantage;
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in clerical works.

CLERK (3-year contract)

Requirements
  • Level 2 or above in 5 subjects in HKDSE or equivalent, including English & Chinese ;
  • At least 1 year working experience;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, good Mandarin is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
Responsibilities
  • To handle incoming calls and enquiries;
  • To run information and sales counter;
  • To handle course registration work;
  • To provide clerical & administrative support to the team;
  • To prepare regular statistics and report;
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the team leader.

Analyst Programmer / Programmer

Requirements
  • Higher Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related discipline;
  • At least 1-2 years software development experience;
  • Hands on experience in programming language PHP, Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5;
  • Required knowledge in RDBMS (MS SQL or MySQL);
  • Mobile (iOS or Android) application experience will be an advantage;
  • Fast learner, passion at application development and new technologies;
  • Self-motivated and driven with strong analytical skill;
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
  • - Fresh Graduates will be considered as well.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for system development and on-going enhancement on internal application systems;
  • Gather and analyze user requirements and propose effective IT solutions;/li>
  • Perform application testing and liaise with users to ensure deliverables meet requirements;
  • Participate in the system design and work closely with various units for projects implementation;
  • Prepare documentations on user requirements, system design, test cases and user guide.

Assistant Accountant

Requirements
  • Applicants should have 5 passes in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language or have Level 2 or above in 3 subjects in HKDSE including English Language and Chinese Language;
  • Diploma in Accounting or LCCI Level II with NGO working experience is an advantage;
  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing;
  • Assist in accounting duties, including vouchers preparation, update accounting records;
