Clerk (in Youth Section)

Requirements
  • Level 2 or above in five subjects in HKDSE or equivalent, including English & Chinese;
  • Good knowledge of computer software applications, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese word-processing skill;
  • Relevant working experience in clerical works is preferable.

Senior Systems Administrator

Requirements
  • Degree or above in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related disciplines;
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience in IT or related area preferred;
  • Experience in I.T. project management;
  • Experience in maintaining office network, web server, proxy server and other daemons;
  • Have knowledge in different computer languages, MS server, SQL server, Linux server, virtualization etc;
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and preferably in Putonghua.
Duties
  • To manage project team members on task assignment and work as a team to drive all project management activities;
  • To co-ordinate with external vendors regarding of any internal IT projects and development;
  • To plan, design, development and implement new IT systems or projects for improving organization’s services;
  • To maintain and enhance existing IT infrastructure.
  • To oversee the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers, both physical and virtual, to ensure optimal functionality and systems security
  • To review and document the IT documentations, formulate, and perform the User Acceptance Test, detailed reports on projects progress, problems, and solutions

Human Resources Assistant (works at Headquarters, 2 MacDonnell Road)

Requirements
  • Level 2 or above in 5 subjects in HKDSE including English Language and Chinese Language or equivalent;
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience in HR & Administration area;
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related statutory requirements;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Able to handle confidential information is a must.
Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end support on recruitment process, including job posting, interview scheduling, event planning and logistics etc. Handle on-boarding and off-boarding logistics, insurance etc;
  • Maintain HR system and staff database;
  • Provide office administrative support;
  • Assist to coordinate with different parties in arranging meeting & activities;
  • Assist related ad hoc projects as required
