Requirements
  • Level 2 or above in five subjects in HKDSE or equivalent, including English & Chinese;
  • Good knowledge of computer software applications, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese word-processing skill;
  • Relevant working experience in clerical works is preferable.

Senior Systems Administrator

Requirements
  • Degree or above in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related disciplines;
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience in IT or related area preferred;
  • Experience in I.T. project management;
  • Experience in maintaining office network, web server, proxy server and other daemons;
  • Have knowledge in different computer languages, MS server, SQL server, Linux server, virtualization etc;
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and preferably in Putonghua.
Duties
  • To manage project team members on task assignment and work as a team to drive all project management activities;
  • To co-ordinate with external vendors regarding of any internal IT projects and development;
  • To plan, design, development and implement new IT systems or projects for improving organization’s services;
  • To maintain and enhance existing IT infrastructure.
  • To handle system configuration, administration, troubleshooting software and hardware problems and website management;

Youth Officer

Requirements
  • A degree holder;
  • At least three years administrative experience, preferably in government / social service sector with frontline experience;
  • Experience in secretariat and committee works, good organizational and communication skills would be an advantage;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and preferably in Putonghua.
Responsibilities
  • To oversee the Youth Section in the management, administration, budgeting and planning of the activities of the Youth.

Requirements
