Project Assistant (Contract ends on 30 Nov 2024)

Requirements
  • Applicants should have 5 passed in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language or Level 2 or above in 3 subjects in HKDSE including English Language and Chinese Language;
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Chinese Word Processing;
  • Self motivated, highly organized, good communication skill and a positive and team working attitude ;
  • Out-going and energetic character with good interpersonal skills;
  • At least 1 year working experience, knowledge in government/social service sector with frontline experience is an advantage;
  • Immediate availability preferred.
Responsibilities
  • To assist in organizing and promoting training programme and social service projects;
  • To prepare correspondence, training materials and logistics arrangement;
  • To liaise among stakeholders and training instructors;
  • To handle clerical, financial and payment matters;
  • Outside work may be required.

Administrative Assistant (work at Headquarters, 2 MacDonnell Road)

Requirements
  • Grade E / Level 2 or equivalent or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE/HKDSE including English Language and Chinese Language;
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience in HR & Administration area;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Able to handle confidential information is a must
Responsibilities
  • Support all round HR duties including recruitment and leave management;
  • Assist to coordinate with different parties in arranging meeting & activities;
  • Arrange dispatch, receipt & distribution of mails and documents;
  • Provide a full range of office administration support including filing and answer telephone calls
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Analyst Programmer / Programmer

Requirements
  • Higher Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related discipline;
  • At least 1-2 years software development experience;
  • Hands on experience in C#, .NET, ASP, PHP, HTML5/CSS, Java, JavaScript,
  • Required knowledge in RDBMS (MSSQL or MySQL);
  • Mobile (iOS or Android) and web application experience will be an advantage;
  • Fast learner, passion at application development and new technologies;
  • Self-motivated, effective communication skills and be able to work independently
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
  • Candidates with less experience or fresh graduate will also be considered
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for system development and on-going enhancement on internal application systems;
  • Gather and analyze user requirements and propose effective IT solutions;
  • Liaise with stakeholders including IT teams and external vendors to achieve project goal.
  • Conduct feasibility study, system design, application development and UAT for assigned projects and system enhancement

Project Officer (2-Year contract)

Requirements
  • A degree holder;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably in government/social service sector with frontline or committee work experience is preferable);
  • Mature, self-motivated with a strong sense of commitment, well-organized and able to work independently;
  • Solid writing and presentation skills in both English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Chinese Word Processing;
Responsibilities
  • To lead the Project Team to organize training programme and social services projects;
  • To coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties;
  • To assist in managing development team in achieving successful delivery and handover of projects to time, quality and cost;
  • To prepare reports and provide accounting, administrative and logistics support of the project;
  • To handle all reporting deliverables to the project funder;
  • Outside work may be required.
